Your personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in our privacy policy.
Refunds: Only the most current 30 day period of charges will be refunded on request. Request must be made prior to the 1st 15 days of each recurring period (30days). Request must be in writing before midnight eastern standard of the 15th day of the most recent recurring charge only, not the total amount paid into your package.
Cancellation: To cancel, you must submit a cancellation notification in writing 15 days prior to your next billing date. Please send your cancellation notification to support@cloudsourcelocal.com. The campaign management fee must be paid by credit card.
72 hour out clause: This begins once we start your campaigns. What will happen is after the first 72 hours of your campaign is started (time of order) we will send you a report that we have started. After that 72 hour point: If you choose to stop, we will cancel your subscription and not bill again. If you choose to continue with us, we ask that you stay the whole 3 months (and longer) so that we can really put in the leg work of getting the settings all dialed in perfectly.
Client Confidentiality: It is our policy to keep active clients campaign data confidential, unless written permissions is provided to use the data in our blog posts, newsletters, or presentations. With that said, our strategies and tactics are proprietary to Cloud Source Local, llc. We reserve the right to discuss strategies, but will never reveal your site pages, ad copy, images, etc that specifically relate to your product.
Company Confidentiality: Client acknowledges that by reason of its relationship to Cloud Source Local, llc hereunder it will have access to certain information and materials concerning Cloud Source Local’s business trainings, systems and/or trade secrets that is confidential and of substantial value to Cloud Source Local llc, which value would be impaired if such information were disclosed to third parties. Client agrees that it shall not use in any way for its own account or the account of any third party, nor disclose to any third party, any such confidential information revealed to it by Cloud Source Local llc, or another team member of Cloud Source Local llc. Client shall not publish any technical description of the services beyond the description published by Cloud Source Local llc.
